How is the fee calculated?
The fee is based on the A-B purchase price: a flat $750 below $100,000 and 0.75% from $100,000 to $1,000,000. Larger deals are priced case by case.
Do you check credit?
No. We do not pull credit, bank statements or tax returns for transactional funding.
