Use a bridge loan when the property is not ready for long-term financing yet: it needs light work, it is vacant, or you need to close before a bank can.
The process
Request a quote and get written terms, usually within one business day. Upload your documents, we complete underwriting and valuation, and you close with your title company.

Yes. Bridge loans carry a personal guaranty.
Can I refinance out with you?
Yes. Most bridge borrowers who keep the property refinance into one of our DSCR rental loans.
